A teacher and supervisor of Bible in the public schools for many years, she has been a mentor to young and old. She teaches Sunday School and Circle and leads private Bible studies. She visits the sick, sympathizes with those who have lost loved ones, counsels those with problems, takes friends to doctors? appointments, keeps up with birthdays and serves on many boards. She has a servant?s heart. A young man at our church once said that when he was with her, he felt like he was in the presence of a saint. Harriet?s life is an example of how much the Lord can do through the good deeds of a committed person. Jane (Mrs. Cecil) Clark Send letters to Good Deed, c/o Times Free Press, P.O.
